She and her son are living proof that it is possible to modify and control characteristics of ADHD and that is why Trisch is so passionate about helping others to do the same.

In addition to ADHD, Trisch specializes in Asperger's Syndrome and various communication and/or learning disabilities.  She draws on her background in communication skills and learning strategies as she helps clients understand their unique brain wiring and what may be preventing them from reaching their goals.  In partnership with her clients, Trisch explores ways for clients to maximize their strengths, talents, and gifts. She works with clients to enhance their knowledge and use of skills related to:  time management, organization, executive-functioning, decision-making, and problem-solving.  In addition, she also helps clients improve study/work habits and manage anxiety.  While she works with people of all ages, she particularly enjoys working with young people, teens and young adults ages 10 - 25.
